I spent 20 years within the same company that provided me with a wealth of opportunity and growth. I started in Green Bay, WI as a Draftsman in the engineering department of a Process Cheese manufacturing plant and worked my way to a position of Mechanical Engineer. I then expanded into production management as Plant Superintendent. I then had the experience of a Corporate Buy-Out and was involved in the shut-down of a 30-year union environment and was relocated to the Waukesha area for the same company. I held the position of Plant Superintendent with a production staff of appox. 15 Line supervisors and 300-400 production employees. I also held the position of Project Coordinator as well as Safety Director. I ultimately held the position of Production Manager for a Natural Cheese Cutting & Wrapping plant.

After 20 years with the same food manufacturing company I decided to become independent and pursued a career in Real Estate. A decision I've never regretted! I had finally figured out what I wanted to do when I grow up! After a few successful years as a sales associate I was approached and asked if I'd consider Management. I accepted and I've been in a management position with First Weber since 1999 and I’m truly blessed to be with such a progressive and wonderful company. I had the privilege of managing at the Delafield Lake Country office with over 80 sales associates for over 9 years. I also managed the Johnson Creek office and I’m presently managing the Waukesha office. Life just keeps getting better. I’m working with wonderful agents as well as a supportive corporate management group.
